Cleaners: name, phone, address (if needed), insurance confirmation, payment details.

To provide introduction and coordination of cleaning services.

 

3. Legal Basis

Contract necessity, legitimate interest, consent.

 

4. Sharing Data

Only with cleaners assigned to the client.

 

5. Data Retention

Clients: 2 years after last clean.

Cleaning Professional: 5 years for tax/legal records.

 

6. Rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent.

 

7. Security

Data stored securely and never sold.

 

8. Complaints

You may complain to the ICO.
