ID check, references, insurance confirmation, GDPR consent.
What if my cleaner is sick or away?
I help arrange cover whenever possible.
Can I give my cleaner a key?
Yes — many long-term clients do. It’s your choice.

Do I have to accept every job?
No, you choose what suits you.
What is the rate?
You have a Base Rate. Some jobs may pay higher at Joanna’s discretion.
How does the commission/service fee work?
Client pays you > you keep your Base Rate > the difference goes to the Business weekly.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, Public Liability Insurance is required.
Who communicates with the client?
Communication goes through Joanna, but agreements belong to you and the client.
